Visikol® HISTO™ Penetration Buffer is used with the Visikol HISTO immunolabeling process and is comprised of PBS / 0.2% Triton™ X-100 / 0.3 M glycine / 20% DMSO.
This is one of the buffers used in the Visikol HISTO immunolabeling process and the purpose of this solution is to increase the penetration of immunolabels into the tissue.
Storage
Should be stored in the refrigerator at 4°C, and handled carefully after opening, as it is an aqueous buffer and could be subject to contamination after opening.
