Tissue Clearing with uDISCO

One of the limitations of tissue clearing and 3D imaging is that many imaging modalities are limited to the size of tissues that they can be used to image. The uDISCO technique is a modification of the 3DISCO technique that shrinks tissues dramatically so that they can be more easily imaged in 3D.
