Visikol HISTO Permeabilization Buffer is recommended if you are trying to use Visikol HISTO with larger, more collagenous, and difficult to clear tissues (e.g. liver tissue, archived human tissue, etc.), incubation overnight in the Visikol HISTO Tissue Permeabilization Buffer is recommended.
Storage
Should be stored in the refrigerator at 4°C, and handled carefully after opening, as it is an aqueous buffer and could be subject to contamination after opening.
